Besides knee walking 160 feet, crawling forward with 11/2 lb ankle weights on both ankles, crawling backwards at St. Johns on Thursday, doing 5 minute intervals with no assistance at pool therapy on the treadmill, taking the LoKoMat down to where the LoKoMat is doing 20% [...]
